Stochastic delay foraging arena predator–prey system with Markov switching

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce white noise, telegraph noise and time delay to the two-dimensional foraging arena population system describing the prey and predator abundance. The aim is to find out how the interactions between white noise, telegraph noise and time delay affect the dynamics of the population system. Firstly, the existence of a global positive solution is verified. Then the long-time properties including the stochastically ultimate boundedness, extinction and some other asymptotic pathwise estimation of this population system are studied. Finally, the main results are illustrated by two examples.     

α-Mangostin exhibits antidepressant-like effects mediated by the modification of GABAergic,serotonergic and dopaminergic systems

Abstract

The present study explored the antidepressant-like activity of α-mangostin (α-MG) and the possible mechanism in this process in the tail suspension test (TST) in mice. The results revealed that α-MG (5?mg/kg, i.p.) exhibited markedly antidepressant-like activity, which could be reversed by pretreatment with haloperidol (a non-selective D₂ receptor antagonist), bicuculline (a competitive GABA antagonist), p-chlorophenylalanine (an inhibitor of 5-HT synthesis). Meanwhile, α-MG also effectively increased the brain DA, 5-HT and GABA levels in mice exposed to TST, indicating that the antidepressant-like effect of α-MG might be mediated by the GABAergic, serotonergic and dopaminergic systems.

     

1200 V碳化硅功率MOSFET低温特性的实验表征及分析

碳化硅功率MOSFET是宽禁带功率半导体器件的典型代表,具有优异的电气性能。基于低温环境下的应用需求,研究了1200 V碳化硅功率MOSFET在77.7 K至300 K温区的静/动态特性,定性分析了温度对碳化硅功率MOSFET性能的影响。实验结果显示,温度从300 K降低至77.7 K时,阈值电压上升177.24%,漏-源极击穿电压降低32.99%,栅极泄漏电流降低82.51%,导通电阻升高1142.28%,零栅压漏电流降低89.84%(300 K至125 K)。双脉冲测试显示,开通时间增大8.59%,关断时间降低16.86%,开关损耗增加48%。分析发现,碳化硅功率MOSFET较高的界面态密度和较差的沟道迁移率,是导致其在低温下性能劣化的主要原因。

CaLuBO4∶Tb^3+荧光粉的制备及发光性质

采用高温固相反应法合成了不同Tb^3+掺杂浓度的CaLuBO4∶xTb^3+荧光粉,研究了样品的晶体结构和发光性质。在紫外光激发下,样品的发射光谱由Tb3+离子的5D3→7FJ(J=6,5,4)和5D4→7FJ′(J′=6,5,4,3)特征发射组成,其中位于545 nm和554 nm附近的5D4→7F5跃迁发射强度最大。荧光粉的激发光谱是由位于紫外区的Tb3+的4f-5d和f-f跃迁构成的。研究了Tb3+浓度对样品发光性质的影响。测量并分析了CaLuBO4∶xTb^3+荧光粉的5D3能级和5D4能级荧光寿命。结果表明,CaLuBO4∶xTb^3+是一种适于紫外激发的新型黄绿光荧光粉。     

单层n型MoS2/p型c-Si异质结太阳电池数值模拟

单层二硫化钼(MoS₂)是一种具有优异光电性能的半导体材料,在太阳能能量转换中表现出很大的应用潜力。本文基于AMPS模拟软件,对单层n型MoS₂/p型c-Si异质结太阳电池进行了数值模拟与分析。通过模拟优化,n型MoS₂的电子亲和能为3.75 eV、掺杂浓度为10¹⁸ cm^-3,p型c-Si的掺杂浓度为10¹⁷ cm^-3时,太阳电池能够取得最高22.1%的转换效率。最后模拟了n型MoS₂/p型c-Si异质结界面处的界面态对太阳电池性能的影响,发现界面态密度超过10¹¹ cm^-2·eV^-1时会严重影响太阳电池的光伏性能。     

低喷淋密度超亲水表面水平管降液膜温度分布

水平管降液膜蒸发广泛应用在石油、化工、海水淡化等领域,对低喷淋密度温度演化规律的研究有助于拓宽其应用范围,理解其微观机理。本文在超亲水表面上结合红外热追踪技术,对水平管降液膜表面的温度演化规律进行了研究,分析了温度分区现象和温升规律。实验中首次发现了马鞍形液膜内部的高温环状结构,并结合三维数值模拟揭示了掺混作用导致的局部高温环状结构形成的内部机理。     

基于B3PyMPM∶Cs高效叠层OLED器件的制备

以B 3 PyMPM∶Cs/Al/HAT-CN作为电荷生成单元制备高效叠层绿色磷光有机电致发光器件,叠层器件的最大电流效率和最大流明效率分别为172.2 cd/A和111.0 lm/W,在5 mA/cm^2电流密度下,叠层器件的电压和亮度分别为传统器件的2.04倍和2.84倍.为了探究叠层器件性能优于传统器件的原因,研究了电荷生成单元内的电荷产生和注入过程,以及薄层铝对电子注入特性和电荷生成单元稳定性的影响.实验结果表明,电荷能够有效地在电荷生成单元内产生并顺利注入电子传输层中,B3PyMPM∶Cs和HAT-CN间Al薄层的插入能够进一步提高电子注入效率及器件结构的稳定性.
